We have been using them for a number of years and have always been happy. If there is a problem they address it and fix it. Our tech Scott always has a smile and takes the time to explain what he is doing that day and quickly addresses any concerns.

We have been exceptionally pleased with 5 Star service over the past year. Our technician Scott is receptive to questions and consistently offers geat advice and explanation. Our lawn is looking considerably better following services through 5 Star. In fact, my neighbor's lawn was suffering at the hands of another vendor and we recommended 5 Star. Within a few weeks they were able to turn that lawn around and it looks incredible now. Lawn management is definitely a partnership between the owner and any vendors but anytime we have called 5 star they have responded promptly and appropriately addressed concerns.
