“Today Alberto serviced my yard. He was very patient as I walked him around the perimeter and explained exactly what I needed him to do. He went above and beyond in his service. He treated for fire ants where I pointed out problems. He sprayed any vines that were growing around my fenced perimeter which I also requested. He did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with the service he was there to provide.“

“Just had my first service treatment. I can say the customer service overt rhe phone frkm Shannon Williams and the service from my service tech Angel were both very professional. I jave never had the whole house in wall set up befofe so it will be interesting to find out how well it works. Angel also went around and cleared cob webs and any spider or other nests from the out side of the house as he treated the exterior. Saw bugs dead instantly on the exterior treatment.“

“When I say I was being terrorized by squirrels in my attic I mean it. I was even convinced they had a nest in the attic and they destroyed my soffit to gain access. I had 2 other companies come out for estimates and even replaced my entire soffit in an attempt to get a handle on these squirrels. I called Trapline at 8am, and they had someone out by 10am. James wa very thorough, the only person to actually look in my attic and on the roof for potential entry points. He was very up front about the pricing, the warranty, and returned Monday to seal every potential entry spot and a roof stack. I haven't seen a squirrel in weeks and I'm finally sleeping again! I HIGHLY recommend Trapline!“

“Just wanted to provide feedback on Paul Seal from Massey. As you probably know, Massey treats the outside of your home and only inside if/when necessary. As such, and combined with our schedules etc, we had not actually met Paul in person ( just thru security cameras). We recently requested a consultation as we had some bugs inside (probably introduced via cartons bought into house). Paul called a day in advance to confirm, and he arrived on the agreed day about 15 minutes into the 3 hr window we had been given. We found him knowledgeable in discussions, provided alternatives and left us with a tube of bait to deploy as necessary.All in all, a pleasant experience. As one who does not write posts often, I thought it was due this time for his courteous, friendly and professional assistance in this matter“
“Paul does an amazing job! We had a "bit of problem" with roaches transiting from the neighbors unit to ours. Bumped into this guy randomly outside as he was finishing another unit and got his business card. Called him for an appointment and the first time he fumigated the problem has been gone without any randoms creeping by.
