I had a reservation for 8 am on a Saturday. I was seen immediately by the nurse, and then by Antionette Nelson, APRN, RN. She asked that some x-rays be taken. Everything was done expertly and professionally. I felt that I was in good hands and was being taken care of.
I was impressed the moment I walked in the door. From the good looking, comfortably cool interior, to the the friendly people at the front desk and the paramedic who took my history, to the doctor who listened, was attentive, patient, and caring. 5 stars!
The doctors and the staff are amazing. The only downfall was I waited almost an hour, and I made an appointment and there was no one else sitting in the lobby with me, so I found it kind of odd.
