“Early Thursday morning, I experienced a sudden spell of dizziness and fell backward, hitting the corner of a wall in my home. The fall resulted in a 1.5-inch cut on my scalp. My husband did his best to stop the active bleeding by carefully cleaning and sanitizing the wound, and then quickly made an online reservation at AdventHealth Centra Care in Lake Mary. We were scheduled to arrive at 8:25 a.m., and we got there right on time.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Melissa and Rita, who were incredibly kind, caring, and courteous. They were genuinely sympathetic to my injury, and I was seen immediately. Dr. Mena, Synovia, and Katherine were truly amazing. They expertly treated the wound and stapled my scalp with compassion and professionalism. Throughout the process, they comforted me, eased my fear, and helped me stay calm during a stressful and painful moment.
I’m deeply grateful for the prompt, top-notch care I received. It meant so much to be treated with such empathy and skill. “I have been bringing my 4 grandchildren here for the last 12 years. Dr Perry (Pam) and Dr Anais have been great with my grandkids and all their many illnesses and concerns. I guess I really am very grateful for them and all their dedication and attention to detail. They are great with babies and so far preteens. My grandkids love coming here even though they know sometimes they get shots. The nurses and medical staff here are always happy and ready to assist us with our medical needs.

“If you think this office has actually done very well from what it has came to with all the changing of the physicians. I think that crystal has helped a lot. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances in the office, I do believe that she is only reporting what she has to report concerning I back her 100%. Being CMA I completely understand where the office and where she is coming from. “Was nervous due to the reviews and you never know what you get with a government entity. But my visit was great. I had two appointments (physical and vaccine) that started at 8. Walked in a couple minutes early and was seen right away. All the ladies we encountered directly were super nice to me and my son. Even people we didn’t speak to were saying hi to my son. Was in and out in 1 hours 15 minutes. Even the call to make the appointments was smooth.“

“My kids have been patients of Dr Rojas-Sanchez for years. We used to see her at the old location in Deland. Dr and staff are always so patient and kind with my 3 kids. Online portal for referrals is quick even if changes are needed per insurance. The new location is very nice and we were seen right on time. My only complaint would be that it's hard to get someone on the phone. But I usually try to message first and that solves majority of problems. But to make appointments for 3 kids as close together as possible I usually have to call in. The call back system works well so you don't have to sit on hold. Just wish it was a little quicker.“
