“Dr Ray is outstanding. He was the 5th doctor I saw for severe low back pain. The spine surgeons wanted a two level fusion or they told me I will be paralyzed. Turned out it was a loose sacroiliac joint and had zero to do with spine. Dr Ray fixed the joint with sugar water injections. I am 80 to 90% better.“

“I absolutely love this place! There is nothing negative about it. I joined before it even opened because I was tired of doing yoga at home and wanted to be part of a community. The staff is always welcoming and make it a point to get to know the clients. The instructors are approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help out with any questions you may have. The location is immaculate and very well stocked with props.I had one particular amazing experience where, by chance, was the only person to sign up for a class. Instead of cancelling it, Carla led a practice just for me!!! It was amazing experience as she corrected many mistakes I was making. Next week, I’ll reach 60 classes at the studio and I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you Yoga 6 staff and instructors for helping me find my yoga home!!“

“Gotta love a good Groupon deal! I probably wouldn't have known about this place without but it's so close to my house so i was splendidly surprised. The owner of the studio helped me locate the studio when I was looking for it. I enjoyed the intimacy of the class as we were less than 10. I really thought my first hot yoga experience was going to be deadly but it was the total opposite. I loved the thorough guidance of poses and words of affirmation. The cool down was my favorite part because you really feel the difference in your body versus when you first walk in. I'm excited to use my remaining credits because i truly admire the benefits of this practice. 10/10 recommend, no complaints“

You do have to book with time but joining the waitlist actually works and they do call you since a lot of people cancel all the time! Really great instructors. Get there on time and make sure to read all the policies and you’re set! Really recommend it. They have intro classes if you’ve never done Pilates before.“

“Nice a clean. But the pool temperature is not set at 80 - 83 degrees as said. It was cold a bit yesterday. Also my sister and I could not shower or dress up immediately because they only have a cleaning man clean the women's locker room during the daytime and he was cleaning the Toilets and Shower areas at the time we finished swimming. Spoke to the Manager about them hiring a Cleaning Woman to clean the Women Locker for safetly issues and was told that as long as a sign was placed during the time the Cleaning man was cleaning that it would be safe. I totally disagree. The rest of the gym has a lot of equipments and plenty of parking spaces. Hope they resolved this problem in having a Cleaning Lady instead of a Cleaning Man to clean the Women Locker when women are there at the time.“
