“I had a leak in my master bathroom which spread to my master bedroom. I called several special J’s who told me it was the toilet, since the toilet had been removed and checked, etc. I knew it was not the toilet. ( This was my 8th plumber i called fyi )

Then I called Plumbr24, he came with the right equipment and searched for the leak. He found it concealed in an area which revealed the pipes to the bath tub were leaking. The water had spread to the walls and I had mold throughout.

The next step was to dry out the entire affected area and (remediate) the bathroom.

And now, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible remodeling work he did on the project. From start to finish, he kept me informed on each step. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and vision truly transformed the space. His team of workers were experts in their fields.

“Trust Rooter was responsive - they sent someone the next day - and the people I interacted with were friendly and professional, but the issue was not resolved. My 7-year old tankless water heater stopped heating water. The Manufacturer (Rheem) told me I needed a “flush” and that this should have happened yearly. Trust Rooter performed a flush (for a discounted price of $250), but the water heater still isn't heating. It seems I will need to replace the unit.“
