“The self-propelled Wind tunnel lost its assistance when drawing the vacuum back. I had emailed Marjie Labriola to see if it could be repaired & to set an appointment (so many reviewers 'just popped in'' & were immediately taken care of). Ms Labriola was ready for my appointment, replaced the two belts (I had on-hand already), and brought it out less than 10 minutes later. Replacing the belts did not resolve the issue. She was able to order a replacement drive & install, but it would be about three quarters of the complete vacuum's purchase price years ago. I was there less than half an hour and all her work was volunteered. Also assisted in loading the vacuum back into my vehicle, Even freely gave her expertise on a replacement vacuum, stating that with my type of carpet, she could not recommend one of her store's units (honest & helpful).
