Excellent experience to date. I have learned so much about building my core and balance and flexibility and recovery and strength and breathing. Workouts are varied each session so always learning something new. I highly recommend BF&W no matter where you are in your training and fitness journey.
This is a great personal training gym! Danny is the owner and is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He also works with a female personal trainer, Aryha, who is so kind and low key, you don’t realize how hard she pushed you until the next day.
