“Mike and the team are absolutely amazing. I’ve dealt with him, Patrick and Todd. He has trustworthy team. I am familiar with this company over 10 years and I’ve dealt with Mike for my AC needs on and off. I wish I never called anyone else in between. He seriously diagnosed my leak issue over the phone that was occurring behind and around the pan. Instead of someone saying to remove entire unit, he had a tech come out bring a nitrogen machine and blow all the gunk and dirt out. It fixed a problem immediately. That tells me every 6 mo full maintnance is the key. I always call them now. They are reliable, on time and importantly trustworthy. You can’t find that easily these days. My parents had someone else come and ignore the main issue and took money for gas (Freon) and rip them off. Immediately, I called Mike to send someone to check. It was obvious coil leak that other person from diff company ignored it. Mike’s tech even showed us proof w photos. He ordered warranted part and came as promised while short handed to install it on top of the building roof. All well done, and affordable. I highly recommend this company. By coincidence, I’ve even learned that my neighbor used the same company for the new unit. My unit is 13 years old and going strong and thanks to this company keeping maintnance for me and adding Freon (gas) as needed. This company is in business for so many years of experience and as a woman, and a single parent, I’m grateful I can call who I can trust to help and not rip me off. Thank you!“
