I can't say enough about Florida Cool Air. They came promptly as promised and the office personnel was amazing (Austin and Ivette). Yuriy was my technician and he was awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you Yuriy. Free estimate and fairly priced. Call them if you need repairs or anything else. My go to A/C repair company.
Today, 2 years later.. another issue not taken care of by lindstrom’s.. WILL be taken care of by Florida Cool! So trust worthy , these folks are! I had a hike with a leak & it came from the AC line in the attic? So a line has to be brought through out the attic & outside! I hope I described it correctly? Anyway they’ll work up an estimate & let me know.. my Advice is GET FLORIDA COOL to do it all , no messing around! Get a Company like this windows top to bottom assessment & get all done at once! Great work performed. The two techs that were here were friendly, informative, respectful, and managed to do a fantastic job completely overhauling my Air Ducts into the modern age. My AC has never worked better!
Only issues I faced were promised rates on an estimate that were changed unexpectedly (which another almost 3,000 was added to my bill because of these), and then promised unrealistic completion of work dates - I was told two days to complete and they took a solid week. Definitely not the worker's fault but if I was estimated a week in the first place or even 5 days I would have been able to expect and prepare better.
