“After submitting an online request for an appointment that was not acknowledged, I called the office and was able to speak with someone to schedule my appointment. The young man that took my information was very professional and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted and the intake process began; it was painless and expeditious. The assistant/Tech that I had was absolutely wonderful; she communicated, was very courteous, accommodating and professional.
“Dr. GiGi” was also top notch. She explained everything, gave me a thorough eye exam and gave me a chance to ask questions.
I did however have two “negative” things occur- I was quoted more than $1,000 for one pair of non-designer frames with the necessary prescription lenses! I was given my script but it was definitely missing measurements-which isn’t really helpful.
(Especially as a self pay patient).“

Victoria still works at this location and even though my son has a very high prescription, somehow she always manages to find the perfect frames for him. We also adore Dr. Chai, she takes her time and listens and make sure that she gets your prescription right. The two of them are the reason that we have remained customers of this exact location for so many years“
