They took over a job that was started by a terrible builder so I was able to experience first hand how bad things can get and what it’s like to work with a quality team. In addition to quality work, they were just wonderfully positive people to work with. Not a single person or subcontractor was difficult, argumentized or worked with a negative attitude. There were a couple subs carried over from the previous builder that were also not great to work with so I also got to see the difference between a poor builder’s subs and a quality builder. The scope of the work was to complete our new home build after the house was built up to the point of having the framing, roof and utilities roughed in. There was a lot of repairs to the existing effort and all interior work was finished by them. They really did a great job of converting disaster to master piece. We really couldn’t be happier with the work they did.“
