Our condo in Florida was destroyed by water and mold, and we were desperately in need of a construction company to rebuild it. We do not live in Florida, so doing this remotely was daunting. After a recommendation, we contacted Joe at Down under construction. Our experience from the beginning to end has been nothing but fantastic. We were contacted through email, text, and FaceTime all along the way to view what was going on. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. 5 STARS across the board! The project went very smoothly, and any unexpected issues were fixed in timely manner. Joe is knowledgeable and super nice. His positive attitude flows down, all the people who worked on the house were also not only experienced but very pleasant as well.
