“I had met with Kevin who came to inspect the dead valley of my roof that keeps giving me some leaks. Later on, Kevin called me back and explained to me that after he consulted with some engengineer , he recommended me to hire some contractors to rerebuild that dead valley to prevent further leaks. “I bought a property that has recently had its roof done, and which came with a 10 yr warranty. A few months later, I had a tiny leak around the skylight. It was a very small leak, but over time damaged the skylight well and the paint at the corner peeled up. I called Keeping You Dry because their license holder on the permit gave me the number. It took a week, and they sent a crew over to look at the problem.
They looked and looked, and discovered one small rusted nail under the skylight flashing. They painstakingly removed the skylight and redid all the shingles around and under it, then put it all back. The attention to detail and effort these guys put in was more than I expected.
I will definitely call these guys for a roof! It's one thing to do a good job, but followup repair work is where most tradesmen fall down, this was exceptional in every way! Thank you so much!“
