Can’t say enough about Next Level Roofers. Gregg, the owner, came out and evaluated the job and was very professional and informative. Helen and Laura are amazing. They are the sweetest and kindest people and answered any questions or concerns I had. Dale and Reed went out of their way to explain the work that would be done, got the permits and kept me informed during the whole process. This whole team treated me like family.

Repaired a section of about 1000 sq ft, replacing base boards, installing extra flashing, asphalt based underlayment which provides excellent bonding and water proofing. Good communication and fast completion in 2 days.
There was a leak in our lanai roof & the lanai roof seams would occasionally leak. Bryce came & sized up what repairs needed to be performed. The repair crew (Luis & Arnofo) came & completed the job in a day even though it took 2 more hours than expected. They extended some of the repair areas when it became necessary to do so.
They cleaned the entire roof & all gutters. Afterward, they cleaned all areas around the house where debris had landed.
