“5 Stars is not enough to describe my experience with Janney Roofing.I recently bought my little 1930’s cottage that I’ve always dreamed about. As a Realtor, I knew the roof was extremely old and had to be replaced due to its age and insurance. Janney was my #1 choice. With my house being almost 100 years old, termite damage, and past repairs with NO permit pulled, I knew there were going to be problems. Lots and lots of wood damage.Communication with this company is not what you would expect. It is STELLAR. From Jeremy spending time with the quote and Lily in the office calling and texting me, Peter walking me though every step, made me feel special. ♥️ They were very attentive.The quality of my metal roof is beyond my expectations. Arnold and Jamie are Masters at their craft. The stucco work is seamless! “I had assumed I had fixed the leak in my roof. Unfortunately the leak surfaced again. I searched for the best roofer I could find, and chose Schick Roofing to inspect the area for leaks and provide me with a repair quote. After checking my roof and concluding that it wasn't the source of the leak, George DuBois with Schick Roofing felt that the leak was likely condensation from the nearby air conditioner refrigerant lines to the air handler. I believe George is correct, he didn't charge his time and I know who I will call in the future when I need to reroof. “My roof was replaced by Johnson Roofing Orlando just over five years ago. At the time it seemed like a decent price, good craftsmanship etc. But recently I had some issues with the roof and have been trying to contact them to have them resolved. specifically two leaks were pointed out to me by another contractor performing electrical work in my attic. So obviously I should contact the roofer that installed the roof. I have left three voicemails, reached out by email and contact form on their website with no response. I ended up having another roofing company quote me on the repairs needed and it totaled $4800. Essentially the issue is Johnson failed to install flashing where the roof butts up to a wall, and then there is a large area where the 30 year shingles I purchased are already trash and no longer hold back moisture. I would not pick this company for your needs because they will not be there to back up their work.Update: Johnson Roofing has responded to this review, not sure where the disconnect is but I have responded to them via the email they provided. I had tried to call them earlier today, but again was received by a virtual assistant informing me to leave a voicemail. I do appreciate the response and hope to have this remedied.Update: Spoke to Steve at Johnson roofing, he ended up coming to my home and looking over my concerns. We talked about potential repairs and he scheduled to come back out. Today he repaired the issues. Always personable and prompt. The issue from the beginning was just a misunderstanding. Johnson roofing is a great choice for your roof.“

“We decided to hire NDC to replace the roof at our company offices, we picked metal due to its durability and resistance to weather and hurricanes. NDC came the winner amongst 5 roofing companies. These guys are fast and very efficient, the city permits/paperwork took longer than the rest of the process. Our roof was installed in one day. We ended with a beautiful metal roof (minus a 9% flat area that cannot accept metal) that will last us for many years to come.One thing I recommend NDC to improve: communication with the customers every step of the process to avoid misunderstandings, do not assume the customer knows what to expect, you are the experts in the field and simple explanations before the job is done saves headaches to both parts. To the customers: always ask for a diagram or rendering of what materials will be used and why.We are pleased with the job done, will contact NDC for future projects in Orlando.“
