Above & Beyond Leak Detection was recommended by Emerald Plumbing. Trent arrived on time and went above & beyond to diagnose our problem. It wasn’t a water leak but a missing dryer vent exhaust which was causing moisture build up in our wall cavity of the laundry closet. This issue caused the opposite side of the wall in our front entryway to show visible signs of damage along with the our wide plank hardwood flooring to warp. The continuous moisture has also impacted the frame of our exterior front door. I highly recommend Above and Beyond leak detection. Trent was professional, courteous and timely. I called him in the morning, and he came to my house that afternoon. Also, he was less expensive than some of the “ bigger” companies. More importantly, he knew his stuff. I had a leak in my main waterline between the meter and my house but did not know where. Trent located the leak underneath a concrete driveway. When I broke up the concrete and Dug down, the leaking pipe was exactly where he said it would be.
