“My roof was replaced by Johnson Roofing Orlando just over five years ago. At the time it seemed like a decent price, good craftsmanship etc. But recently I had some issues with the roof and have been trying to contact them to have them resolved. specifically two leaks were pointed out to me by another contractor performing electrical work in my attic. So obviously I should contact the roofer that installed the roof. I have left three voicemails, reached out by email and contact form on their website with no response. I ended up having another roofing company quote me on the repairs needed and it totaled $4800. Essentially the issue is Johnson failed to install flashing where the roof butts up to a wall, and then there is a large area where the 30 year shingles I purchased are already trash and no longer hold back moisture. I would not pick this company for your needs because they will not be there to back up their work.Update: Johnson Roofing has responded to this review, not sure where the disconnect is but I have responded to them via the email they provided. I had tried to call them earlier today, but again was received by a virtual assistant informing me to leave a voicemail. I do appreciate the response and hope to have this remedied.Update: Spoke to Steve at Johnson roofing, he ended up coming to my home and looking over my concerns. We talked about potential repairs and he scheduled to come back out. Today he repaired the issues. Always personable and prompt. The issue from the beginning was just a misunderstanding. Johnson roofing is a great choice for your roof.“

“This can't be right.We needed a portion of our roof repaired due to a new screen room being installed. The rep gave us a price and we accepted. Skeptical of the low bid amount, we scheduled for two weeks out anyway. Then they worked us in one week BEFORE the scheduled start time. The work was done spectacularly! They had to add a few small things that was not included in the bid, *and* came back the next day (Saturday) to finish the job. No way would this be the same amount on the bill as was the bid.It was! Down to the penny. Brian Sikes Roofing honored the bid price. When we need a new roof (and it won't be too long) Brian Sikes has our business.“
“So far five stars! We met with Quality Craftsmen ("QC") salesman, Christopher Erndl, yesterday evening and truly had a Five-Star experience. We've owned our 1955 home for two years and have slowly been upgrading the old and worn out bathrooms, one by one. We are now ready to upgrade our horror of a yellow and black tiled master bath. Our difficulty has been in finding a company that can update the extra large shower and provide contractors who can patch/repair drywall and add a wall (making the room paint-ready) as well as installation of toilet, vanity, baseboards and window sill. It has been a daunting task; that is, until yesterday. Chris was great to work with as we discussed the many issues and requirements we have. He made recommendations that were well received and he is very knowledgeable about the products offered by QC. But most importantly, he took the time to really understand what we want and to help find a way to provide them through QC's contractors, making our experience essentially worry-free. I've read the great reviews of QC's work, confirmed they are highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and checked their licensure with the State and feel confident that we are in good hands. Once the work is completed we hope to have photos of the project uploaded to the QC site and I expect that they will be impressive. Can't wait for the next step in getting our new master bath!“

We had eleven holes!I agreed to have them do the repair and David came. He did a thorough inspection, and found several more holes.He found tiles to match our roof, and worked two-and-a-half days doing repairs.Everyone at Dehlinger was very professional.
