I felt immediate results after my first session my pain went from a 10/10 to a 9/10, then even progressed to a 7/10 by the end of the same day. This is how I knew I was on the right track. After just five sessions, my pain is virtually gone. I’m now at a 2/10 at times with only a few sessions left.

Most importantly, I can finally enjoy my pregnancy again. Now in my third trimester, I’m able to sleep, walk, and lay down comfortably and pain free.

“I have nothing but good things to say about Next Level Physiotherapy. Their entire team is made of therapists who actively pursue your recovery. They don’t want you to sit around, getting weak or losing the progress that you work so hard to maintain while you heal. They design a unique plan to do what you can within your limitations (and teach you how to adapt, depending on where you are in your recovery). On top of that, each of the therapists has their own specialty and regularly communicate with the other therapists. Some of them have a more hands-on approach while others focus on teaching you how to understand and build a plan recovery plan that works for you. Some of them have specialties like dry needling or soft tissue work, but they all complement eachother in a way that sets you up for success if you put in the work.

All in all, 100 out of 10, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!!“
