I had two total knee replacements with a lot of unique issues because of lack of mobility for 4 years prior to the first surgery. My right knee was permanently bent at a 45 degree angle for years which totally misaligned my body, weight distribution causing countless struggles to regain muscle and tendon mobility. Laura my therapist was fantastic. She had that insight and instinct that only experience can give. It's more than technique, theory, science and credentials. It's that "knowing" how to address a challenge and find a workaround for unique cases like mine, that are not one size fits all, out of the box, predictable cases. My Dora Lake Centre Rehab where rehab equals success! I went for a frozen shoulder the pain was 10+. I was evaluated and was given a treatment plan. I was treated with care and all exercises were explained. After 12 appointments my mobility has improved and no pain. I don’t wish rehab on anyone but when you need help this is the place to go. Thank for care

I have been coming to Lake Centre Rehab in Mt Dora for PT with both of my knee replacements and appreciate all the work the Therapists have done with me. Also the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
