Next Level Physiotherapy and Performance

Their honesty and commitment to your recovery makes all the difference in the world. I never had to wonder why I was doing something. I recommend them to everyone, especially if you are a high level performer, of any skill set.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam Liddy Oft and Nicole Valiquet-Ferguson while I was performing at La Nouba Cirque du Soleil. Now as a director of Ana Cuellar Productions I invited Next Level Physiotherapy and Performance to be part of my productions to keep my dancers healthy and stronger. I could not have asked for better care. I will continue use their services and I would recommend to any one who asks me. Their knowledge and hands on help is top notch.
Friendly staff always happy to help and assist with any requests!

I met Sam and Nicole through my husband and was so delighted when they opened their own practice. I especially love their desire to help mothers with postpartum health. They spoke at my MOPS group as well and gave us some exercises to help strengthen our pelvic floor. Helping women recognize that peeing a little when they laugh after pregnancy is not normal, just common, is so important. Thank you ladies for being so knowledgeable and creating custom exercises to rebuild our bodies!
