“I am SO happy I chose Big Bobs Flooring-! I went to Home Depot and had a horrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment. At Big Bobs, they treated me like an individual who mattered. I spoke to a Claudia, and we scheduled a home visit to do measurements for one small bedroom. She made an appointment immediately, and there was no charge for the visit. She was amazing from beginning to end. I liked her so much we decided to do two rooms instead of one. The communication was outstanding and the process was extremely fast.
