Well, it was a remodeling that also included changing the layout, fixtures, removing walls, in short, it was a big project.At first we consulted other companies, some did not understand the magnitude of the project and others simply the budget was somewhat exorbitant.When we met the people at Polo Floors from the beginning they made us feel safe and confident.It was a project full of setbacks, let's remember that being such a large project it involved too many people external to Polo Floor, each with a different vision and full agendas, it took a lot of time, yes, but Ms. Zulma (she is a treasure of an employee, that a successful company dreams of having) together with Mr. Polo made every desired detail achieved. We had 2 hurricanes, medical emergencies for workers, in short, external things that human beings often cannot control. It included a lot of patience from both our parties and Polo Floors to fulfill our wishes.Mr. Polo, thank you for giving and showing your face when we need it most. Thank you for leaving us in the hands of Mrs. Zulma who, in addition to her great professionalism, is full of patience, tenacity, courage without leaving kindness aside.
