Dennis and his team were very professional. Communication and follow up was excellent. Punctual arrival, meticulous subfloor prep by scraping the residue to display clean concrete underneath. Spotless cleanup of dust and debris. I would highly recommend this company.
We had an excellent experience with Express Affordable Flooring! There was an unexpected issue with the material that delayed our installation by two days, but the way the company handled it really impressed us. The owner, Dennis, personally went to the freight company and literally sat in their parking lot until the material we needed arrived. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find.
The crew removed our tile, carpet, and baseboards and then completed the installation professionally and with great attention to detail. The finished floors look fantastic and are exactly what we were looking for.
