I had a great experience with this company. The owner was very kind and patient with me as it took quite some time and several visits for me to pick the right stone. Once a decision was made and paperwork signed, everything was explained to me clearly and in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The installers were great- polite and professional. Tatiana even followed up with me personally a few days after installation to make sure we are happy and had no issues or complaints. We did not have any issues or complaints. We got a quality stove at a good price with fast and professional installation.
These guys are the best. I have had flooring, kitchens and worktops supplied and installed by these guys. They are super professional experts. I highly recommend them for all your needs. The flooring quotes from other companies were over $5000 more than what they had quoted. The kitchen was $7000 more. Yari helps you in the showroom. She goes through all the options and takes time to explain everything. The installers are professional, quick and clean.
I’m very happy with the quality of the quartzite, since day one Jari at the office together with Tatiana offered an excellent customer service, Jari heard our desires and gave us the estimate, explained all the process, what was and wasn’t included and the same day we took the decision, David did a super professional template and explained everything at our home, then Angelo came with the crew, super polite, professional, the installation was perfect, very organized, both guys that came to our home were outstanding, both represented their company very well.
