I had a total of 3 companies come out to discuss redoing of floors. Rob won me over with his detailed explanation of what can be done in all my concerning areas. The scope of work including: removing and adding wood where a furnace once laid, replacing approximately 20 boards, fixing of 2 steps, sanding and refinishing 1600 square feet. The floors look better than I could ever imagine. Rob and his team were on time, efficient, and extremely thorough. At the end, he even fixed a 110 year old wood wall another contractor accidentally painted over. They are the BEST decision you could make!“
