We are very happy with our recent experience with Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. Our bedroom carpets needed to be restretched. Chris came out initially to give us a reasonable quote and he scheduled Paul (& his assistant) to do the work. They went above and beyond, moving the heavy furniture, and were careful throughout. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company for your carpet needs.

Chris was great. Came out to my house with samples. Measured everything. Was on time and very friendly. We ordered the carpet and then had some delay on some other things that needed done before it got put in. He was so patient and held onto our carpet for us for a couple months. The installation guys were great. Paul was friendly and went the extra mile.

I will recommend to all my family and friends, Claudia is outstanding , she is very knowledgeable and will meet all your flooring requirements, I had a great experience with her, she will work hard to make every customer happy, met the owner Rich , he is very friendly and kind, something happened during my flooring installation because of my time schedule , he definitely work extra hard to make things work out perfectly!
