Flooring in Tavares

“Our 1980s home in Eustis was in bad need of renovation. We contacted OCD based on the recommendation of local Real Estate professionals. The work requested was the replacement of 12 interior doors, all baseboard and door frame woodwork in the entire house and closets and the painting of all interior walls. Our living room ceiling is 18' high. OCD provided us with a highly detailed proposal and estimate which we approved. Their carpenters were amazing. Our home has very expensive solid wood flooring. They covered everything while working. They started every day at 8 AM and worked until late afternoon replacing all the doors and woodwork. They cleaned up after each day's work. Next came their team of painters. Starting in the bedrooms, they filled all the wall holes, caulked all the new doors, wood and baseboards and primed everything for painting. Using high quality Sherwin Williams paint, they painted everything perfectly. Last was the high ceiling living room. The furniture was covered along with the wood flooring. One wall was previously a dark 1980s green. It's now a beautiful beige Earth tone. We highly recommend OCD. We now have a beautiful new home thanks to them.“
