“This company cares about people. They helped us find the part that we needed to get our heater working again. When we needed to get our heat back on asap they even helped us find another company with same day availability. None of this benefitted them but they were kind and professional. While we didn’t end up getting work done by them due to timing we will absolutely be recommending them to people based on our experience and conversation with them. I wanted to leave this review because it is rare to find this. I called so many places and we would still be without heat if affordable heating and air didn’t share their expertise and knowledge with us and lend their help.“

“Great experience with this company! We had no heat and needed a gas valve replaced. It was a bit of an emergency since we have tropical birds and we were very worried for them with the cold nights. We had already been quoted an insane amount of money from a different company that didn’t have the part in stock and kept pushing back the day they could come fix it.When we called family heating and cooling they came out same day and charged us a fraction of what the other company was trying to charge us. They were professional and seemed to care about getting our heat back on. They saved us a lot of money and headache. Very honest and friendly and our heater is working great! Highly recommend.“
