“I had a kitchen ceiling leak and was worried about a couple lights in the kitchen and one of the lights smelled a little bit so I called LIAMS for an appointment and they came over on 8/17/26. According to the invoice DJ Gibson was sent out and he took the lights down examined them and put them back and said they were fine, he also reassured me that there wasn't much or any chance or a fire which I felt good about. He examined the panel and some of the other electric device and asked a few questions. I think he had some really great ideas which I hope to act upon next year, he sent some quotes over for these. I was really happy with the service and it didn't take too long, he was friendly and did a great job I think.”
