Kim was away but I still got the 5 star service like always.I’ve been a homeowner in Wilmington for 35 years and I can say Hentkowski is BY FAR not only the best diagnostician but also the most fair and honest.I’ve used all the big companies and they are only trying to make a buck. Hentkowski came right away, did the repair necessary and didn’t tell me I needed a new unit!!They’re the best

The Hentkowski team has always been prompt, clean and professional. They’ve helped me out tremendously at my home with our 40 year old Weil-McClain boiler and radiator system. Highly recommend.

Hentkowski installed a geothermal heating system in our house over a decade ago. It is still running great! We have Hentkowski come out each year for an annual checkup. The technicians are always hard working, clean, and professional. They always do an amazing job!
