Tyleek Smith, the technician was very pleasant and professional. He explained the problem, got the heat system working again and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. After calling another company with an HVAC issue (unit started leaking water after a bad heat wave a few weeks back) and being told I need a completely new system and was quoted $15-30k for replacement, I was referred to Farro by a friend. There may be some cheaper, but none do it better with things always being fixed the first time around. Joe and Anthony texted a day ahead and set up a time. Then the next day they texted that they were on time and would arrive in about twenty minutes, which they did. They went right to work and tore down my gas burner, cleaned it and restored the full operation in 45 minutes.
