Andrew and Tim were very professional and pleasant to talk to. Andrew took photos then tried goo-be-gone to try and clean siding. It s left severe marks on vinyl but mess didn’t come off. Hole to soffit was closed again. Andrew stated he call someone else in the company to figure out how to clean siding.
I came home from work on a Saturday to my heat not working. Less than an hour later Ryan came out and fixed it and my dog loved him. So appreciative of the quick and efficient service Burns and McBride always provides.
Chris Kelch was a very professional technician who serviced my oil furnace. He explained everything he did. I have always had l excellent service from Burns & McBride over 37 years!!
