My heater wasn't working so I called Full Service Heating and Air. Chris knew exactly what it was. He came to my home and talked the 2 options I had. He didn't just go for the higher ticket item. He went with the one that best fit my needs. He fixed it completely! When they left I had a question about something and he answered it with kindness. He didn't just dismiss me because I've already paid. Its been a month and my hot water is still going strong! I can even shower upstairswhich hasnt had hot water for the 14 years ive been in my home. Chris is amazing! He has helped us a few times with our AC and when it quit on the hottest day of the year, he came out, told us the issue and gave us great options. We chose to replace it and we slept in cold air that night!!
