Years ago when I didn't have hot water for 5 years he helped me with a hot water heater knowing I couldn't afford one I didn't even have running water in my kitchen because I had no kitchen. I couldn't keep up with the house repairs because of no money. Unfortunately after my husband died and my mom at the same time I lost everything and eventually my house and became homeless but I will always remember how he was there for me and Margaret Mr. Martinelli is a strict person but with a big hearrt.
