I needed my very old well pump to be repaired. It's been "repaired" a ton of times and it has always been sooo expensive. I called them and they returned my call promptly, arrived the next day. They replaced my gauge and cleaned the pressure switch and even replaced my water filter. They cost me a 1/3 of what the other companies charged me for this same service. I will never use anyone else but Tim's team! Thank you so much!

Tim was very responsive and called my husband back within the hour when we needed a faucet replaced in our master bedroom half bath. Bill came out to replace the faucet and he was very courteous and professional. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and was helpful in showing me how to shut off the water in our house incase of an emergency. We will be needing two more faucets replaced eventually. Bill did not try to push a sale, but rather, explained how he will set aside the parts necessary and will be available to come out and do the replacement when we were ready. I had a bad experience with another plumber but found Tim Conlan's number on one of our tanks in the basement. We called to set up an appointment. When he arrived he and his assistant were wearing masks and were pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond and we will be working with him from here on out. We are so relieved to have found such a great person to help with our plumbing needs.
