They were dedicated, personable, kind and patient throughout the big project we had done this summer changing our old HVAC out to 10 tons of heat pumps. Now, 6 months out I can tell you they did a remarkable job, with an intricate project in a big house, both the heating and cooling works much better than it did with our archaic oil heat and a/c. They have been super responsive even when minor issues came up and corrected them quickly. I would highly recommend them, and for the record their quote came in at 35% less than Encon!
