“Background: We have an old house that has had different plumbing installations and repairs over the years. We needed a company to assess our problems and work with us to come up with a plan that met our needs and budget. I knew we needed replacement of our toilet, flange and connecting drain lines going to the foundation. There was another drain line that serves two sinks and our washer that needed major attention too. Like most home projects I was concerned about how far this would take us. No one wants to get an estimate on a new toilet and find out the whole bathroom needs to be replaced.

Planning: Free estimate was a big seller. Selecting a contractor requires some discussion and back-and-forth. I was able to meet with Mike and go through everything in our home. We did discover more issues that were fixable and without replacing our bathroom. We were able to come up with a replacement plan meeting our needs, plumbing code and our budget.
Scheduling: Scheduling was easy, the process and communication was great.

Plumbers: I've worked with plumbers and electricians for many years. It's important to me to see how the work is set-up, executed, broken down and areas cleaned. Mike who came and provided the free quote was the lead plumber on the job with his colleague Mario. Both were professional with the work and communicated throughout the job. I noticed professional touches throughout the job that showed they were meeting more than code and truly upgrading an old house.

Work:This was a huge job! These guys didn't seem to break and worked twelve hours. Both Mike and Mario provided more work than we planned. Other sinks in the home had their own issues with the drains and waste lines. They didn't leave until out house could vent and drain properly.

Overall:I can't say enough good things about the experience with the company. Mike and Mario were fantastic. This work has been a long time coming and we are so happy we got it done.“
