“UPDATE: This weekend I was talking with my mom and comparing where she is today compared to a year ago. It’s absolutely amazing. She is going out to lunch with friends. Using her right hand. She has continued to progress just as they said she would. My only frustration is not one doctor or rehab center told us that this type of a treatment was available. I am convinced mom would have been laying in a ball in a home somewhere or worse had she not had this help. I also feel she wouldn’t have gotten as bad had she had this treatment shortly after the stroke. In December my mom couldn’t hold a glass well. She couldn’t walk around Costco with us. She sat and waited for us in the cafe area. She couldn’t cut her own meat. She started receiving treatments here in February. Last Saturday she walked around Costco for 2 and a half hours. This weekend she came to my house to help me after breaking my foot. She has emptied the dishwasher and filled it. Cleared the table. Took out the garbage and so many other things she could not even thing about doing after her stroke. These treatments have been nothing short of a miracle. Mom has her life back!“

“Can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. I suffered a long fall and broke both my legs. I was in Gaylord for about 8 weeks. The place is amazing. From the doctors to the custodians. Everyone treated me perfectly. I had 2 of the best ever therapists. Pt was Stephine, she was amazing at getting me back on my feet walking. And Jamie for ot. She did everything from getting me going to helping me get to where I could take care of myself. They were my Angels. I can’t say enough good about them. “I have been a patient for about a year and have no complaints for the office. My visits have always been in a timely manner, and Dr Gygi is patient and attentive remember my healthcare challenges and goals. She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. I was having an issue with my ears and was flying the next day and was able to get an appointment within hours and was set for my flight. Having to deal with central booking is not convenient, they are scheduling formal primary care offices and don’t know the way the office runs. Contact the office directly or use the patient portal with a request and you get better results.“

“Inside the building is very clean and the receptionists at the front desk were very nice. It is a walk in area for Quest Diagnostics blood lab straight through the door and not such a long wait either. The area was very calm and clean and we waited maybe 4 min and the woman came right out to call us in. The phlebotomist was AMAZING. It is the only quest I have been to where I was treated like a person not a number. She was a short haired older lady I wish I got her name because she deserves to be noticed for going above and beyond to make everyone comfortable.“

“Dont. The only reason I went here is because my Doctor of 30 plus years went there. Now that my Doctor is retiring in 3 days. It seems like no one else in the practice. Even remotely cares about taking on his patients helping his patients or even doing what's right by his patients. They were supposed to send a referral over to Nero and ortho over a month ago. For me that I've been sitting here in pain. After being patient for what I figure was about long enough at the one month. Mark I called in to the neurologist in ortho today seems as though they not only never sent the referral, they never sent the clinical notes when I called back to have them resent, they again didn't send the clinical notes. tomorrow is my last appointment with my Doctor who I will never see again.And I have been told that none of the other doctors are taking on his patients, but that there'll be occasional rotating physicians to pop in somebody at my age, with several chronic conditions and issues that my Doctor has been helping me.Manage is basically left out in the cold by prohealth.Physicians, you guys have made very clear how appreciated I am or as should say I'm not as patient at this point. I was also never notified by prohealth that he was retiring until my last visit when HE told me he was leaving on Nov 1.“
