This place was nothing like the past post described. The staff was very professional and energetic. The Sad thing is I almost didn't go to this lab because of the bad reviews.

I was a bit nervous reading all the reviews about the horrible attitude of the front desk attendant. But I was pleasantly surprised by all the ladies super friendly and quick service. The phlebotomist Cindy was amazing!

My blood drawer was awesome. However the person at the check in desk wasn't very pleasant at all.My phlebotomist went above and beyond to help to help. I have COPD and she made me very comfortable unlike the check in person.
