Lots of delays . Very slow two hour visit. A new computer system was the reason or excuse. Doctor worked with computer installer for twenty minutes while patients waited in the exam rooms.Otherwise a very professional staff and very nice people all around. I understand new computer installs are frustrating but maybe patients should not be double booked in anticipation of the computer bugs.

Dr. Bosjolie allowed me to come in on short notice without an appointment for an emergency. Very short wait time, very nice staff and she took very good care of me. Thank you! I had a follow-up to my first visit and again, could not be happier. Minor surgery was involved but she got it done. Thanks also to the surgery coordinator for getting the approval done quickly.

I was scared. My lower right eyelid was 1/3 removed during Mohs surgery. I was referred to Dr. Nipper.She assured me she could do the reconstruction. It is now about 2 months post op and I have a lower lid with eyelashes! She is a miracle worker. I follow her post op instructions and show up for my appointments. I am so amazed and pleased with how my eye looks..You'd never know what it looked likeafter the Mohs. She's the BEST and her staff from reception to techs are professional, caring and accommodating. I never had to wait more than 10 mins. Highly Recommend Refocus and Dr. Nipper
