“Performance in Hamden is the best place a person can go for physical therapy. The patient care is astounding; I have been to many PT places and none of them even come close to comparing. They are extremely knowledgable and intentional with their exercises. They know when to push and when to slow you down. “This studio has been around for 20 years for a reason: it's a fantastic place to practice original Bikram yoga.The studio is clean and welcoming. I've been practicing for 12 years, and the yoga speaks for itself. The yoga room here is kept at the perfect temperature/humidity for a challenging yet beginner-friendly practice and classes are led by experienced teachers. I especially loved the class taught by Robin, the studio owner of 18 years. The space is also equipped with private changing areas and showers. I even rehydrated after class with a freshly pressed juice.The studio itself is in the basement of the building, but there are plenty of signs to direct you once you're buzzed in the entrance.I'm so happy this community exists here in New Haven, and I can't wait to come back!“
