From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Patti and Shayna both took the time to really listen to me and tailor my treatment to what I actually needed. They each have their own approach, but both were incredibly effective, thoughtful, and clearly invested in my recovery.

After my first ankle surgery, I went to a much larger physical therapy practice, and the difference was night and day. That experience felt like a factory. The program was rigid, impersonal, and I never felt like I was being treated as an individual.

After my second surgery, I found Preneta, and I honestly wish I had known about them the first time. If I had, maybe that second surgery wouldn’t have even been necessary.

I’m genuinely going to miss coming in and working with Patti, Shayna, and the rest of the staff. They made a challenging recovery process feel supportive, personal, and hopeful.
