I enjoy the quality of care and the selection of glasses. There are many options to choose from. He stayed open during the COVID-19 pandemic, when other doctors I knew of decided to retired. “There has never been a bad experience when going to Dr. Tzepo and his staff they are pleasant from making your appointment to going out the door.
My insurance is not in network with Dr. Tzepo but I cannot see myself going elsewhere.
If you are looking for an optometrist and live close to Seymour call and check them out for yourself.“

“Good place for eye exams except the part where you have to wear a toy-like virtual experience for an eye alignment (Which I disagreed 100% with the results.) Misalignment to me means cross-eyed or blurred vision, which I do not experience!!
Noticed they did not do a color blind test, as I had previously (2 months ago!) with my dr. for my CDL physical…Btw I had an alignment test there & passed with flying colors!!) Next year I will refuse that little virtual reality toy & move on to the real time eye exam!!
Otherwise nice place for eye exams. Call me crabby ol lady but I prefer old school eye exams w/out any nonsense!“

“I cannot express enough gratitude for how much Dr. Dincher helped me. I struggled with extreme dry eye for 8 years. I've tried every medication available, paying absurd amounts of money in hopes of finding relief. I was going through 2-3 boxes of over the counter drops per week in between using the prescription drops so that I could get through the day without feeling like I had sandpaper on my eyes every time I blinked. Nothing I tried relieved my dry eyes.
Prior to going to Dr. Dincher’s practice I tried 3 other eye specialists that were not able to provide me with relief of my dry eye. The moment I met Dr. Dincher I knew he was different. He gave me the most in depth consult I've ever received. He was thorough and meticulous during his evaluation of my eyes and he went over the imaging he took as well as a play back of the video of his evaluation while he explained his observations. He went over treatment therapies that he believed would treat my dry eye as well as improve the damage that occurred to my eyes as a result of my dry eye being unmanaged for so long. Dr. Dincher sent me videos going over the therapies that are offered to treat my symptoms so that I can make an informed decision about the route I wanted to take. I couldn't believe that I hadn't even heard of or been offered 3 of those treatment options by the other specialists I visited prior to coming to Lighthouse Vision.
After receiving treatment at Lighthouse Vision my dry eye is now managed for the first time in 8 years and my health and quality of life has substantially improved. I hope others who are experiencing eye trouble will put their trust in Dr. Dincher because his knowledge, the therapies he offers and education he provides his patients is unmatched.“

“I only give the 5 stars for the doctor...because the gentleman in the other office has a horrible bitterness...and the one who helps with the glasses depends on his day, he treats one well...but the other one who received me with an attitude and I treat you like you won't like Latinos or it depends on your color...very sad because the doctor is a sweetheart...it depends on fixing that part of the staff like treating or receiving patients...“

“Very clean facility, kind people, got me in an out. The only issue was it was a little pricier than expected, but other than that it was a nice visit and I'll have some fresh, new glasses soon!“

“I came into this vision center frustrated at my insurance for an issue that was difficult to solve. The store was very busy but I was greeted by Steven who referred me to another female optometrist (did not catch her name). This optometrist could not assist me and responded with unhelpful answers. She told me I would have to come back another time. She could not provide me with a time or different day. She responded each of my questions with a simple “I don’t know.” I had an issue with my insurance company that provided me with information and instructions but the woman seemed to not only be unknowledgeable but she was disinterested and uncaring.

Steven saw this situation and assisted me right after taking care of another customer. He was kind, very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to ask questions and answer my questions. He went above and beyond to enter my insurance information and called my insurance company. In the end, I was able to purchase my contacts. He saved me from another headache and possible trip back into the store. Thank you Steven for being amazing!“

“Courteous, professional, and personal. Not only are Dr. Conrod and the entire staff all of these things, but you talk directly to a pleasant person when you call there. No menus, no buttons to push, and no technical glitches that result in abruptly, prematurely ended calls. Dr. Conrod never makes you feel rushed. You get his full attention. And the entire staff is just first rate in every aspect of their service.“

“I have started back with my eye care here again. Recently though, I have had to leave voice-mails for my request for my eye scripts 2 times now. The first time was weeks ago! I figured id try again today. I really hope this time they do get my request. I've left them my email to send it to...left them my name and phone number. I love them thus far but I feel like the requests are lacking. Sorry, this is the only reason for my 4 star.“

Simply put Dr. Spector is amazing ( that coming from a perpetual cynic). Not only was he patient explaining my need for treatment , he gave me several alternatives. Laser surgery being the one I opted for. Surgery was not only painless, he was thorough, professional and just plain great. My follow up the next day solidified in my mind that he really cares about his patients and their well being. Hoping anyone reading this does NOT need eye surgery but if you should, I highly recommend Dr. Spector for surgery and any of his colleagues for basic eye care. Richard B.“

I am 82 years old and I have had contacts for 42 years. I also have kerataconus in my right eye and it's corrected beautifully.“
