Went here for the first time today. Saw Dr. Ham. He was nice and explained everything. Answered all the questions i had! I saw Nelson after and he was just as nice. Super personable. Helped me pick out the perfect glasses and didnt press the really expensive frames on me like other places used too. First time ive loved a pair of glasses and paid nothing because of my insurance! Very clean inside also.
Dr Maria Diaz and her whole team are so exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, helpful!! I have a huge family, and we an go to Envision!!! Would never go anywhere else!! 2 thumbs up right here!!
Today I had my first visit at enVision Eye Care in East Haven CT and was completely satisfied. I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff. I filled out multiple questionnaires and all was entered into their computer system to ensure my data will be available at all follow up visits. I was not rushed and felt genuinely cared for. I met Dr Ham who was exceptionally patient with me and put me at ease. He showed me a picture of each eye and explained everything to me. I am so happy I found this practice and highly recommend it to all my family and friends.
