Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was directed to a waiting area. A few minutes I was directed to a room where preliminary tests were performed. A few minutes later the optician began her tests and diagnosis to enable her to diagnose what glasses and lens strengths were appropriate for my vision. The entire appointment took about an hour and I left the office knowing a new pair of glasses would be available in approximately 10 days. Extremely satisfied.

Dr. Natacha, Charles and her team at FAMILY eyewear center are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and attentive professional and personable. The office is always beautiful and pristine. Can’t say enough about this wonderful staff and office! If you’re in need of an eye doctor, I wholeheartedly recommend you come here!

I am new to Family Eyecare. The whole experience was wonderful! It was so easy and convenient to make an appointment online and I was greeted as soon as I entered the office. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Desai was great. She took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt rushed. This was the first time and needed to pick out frames and the staff, including Dr. Desai helped me out. It was a great experience and I would recommend Family Eyecare of Orange to everyone!
