“I have had Bristol Hospital doctors for many years and I am very happy with the care I receive. My surgeon friend gave me a free 2 for 1. While removing my gall bladder, he also grabbed my appendix preemptively. Since, appendicitis could never happen.“

“I have been a patient for about a year and have no complaints for the office. My visits have always been in a timely manner, and Dr Gygi is patient and attentive remember my healthcare challenges and goals. She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. I was having an issue with my ears and was flying the next day and was able to get an appointment within hours and was set for my flight. Having to deal with central booking is not convenient, they are scheduling formal primary care offices and don’t know the way the office runs. Contact the office directly or use the patient portal with a request and you get better results.“

“Inside the building is very clean and the receptionists at the front desk were very nice. It is a walk in area for Quest Diagnostics blood lab straight through the door and not such a long wait either. The area was very calm and clean and we waited maybe 4 min and the woman came right out to call us in. The phlebotomist was AMAZING. It is the only quest I have been to where I was treated like a person not a number. She was a short haired older lady I wish I got her name because she deserves to be noticed for going above and beyond to make everyone comfortable.“

“i would like to say that i have known aylissa brown for sometime and i have to honestly say that she is one of the most awesome doctors that i have had the pleasure of taking care of me in a long time. she would always take the time to listen to all of my concern's and how i am feeling about my own health. she really does care a lot about the people that are entrusted in her care and she has done a great job. i was ask'd what i thought of doc brown i would always say oye she is tough. lol she would tell me when you have 3 kids you have to be tough. i have very high respects for doc brown and i do wish her the best of luck to and a safe travel to her new job is going to be, i know that she will do an awesome job as she has done here. good luck doc. sincerly angelo hawley p.s: i would also like to thank Mandrapilias, Alaina Erini, MD for going above and beyond her job discription in helping me with getting my power chair and also helping me with dealing with eversource electric company, she has done an outstanding job with out her help i would have not been able to get things done as fast and as quickly as i have been able to do with out her help. i have only know here a very short time and in that short time i feel like i have known her for many years. i can honestly see why she has choosen her profession to be a doctor because she really cares about people and enjoys taking care of them and giving something back. i wish her the best of luck to where her next place that she will continue taking care of people. good luck doc. it has been a real pleasure working with you. you are a real credit the profession of being a doctor. angelo hawley“
