I have a hard time to find a family doctor in Torrington so I researched on google to find a family doctor& it popped out Hartford Health Care. I like here cuz it’s closed to my town & it’s also nice services. I’m happy that I found it. Kimberly Gygi is a nice& friendly doctor.

DrJames and her staff are excellent care providers. Dr. James is thorough and orders all relevant tests. She is patient and takes the time needed to listen to my cares and concerns. Very patient friendly and compassionate provider. Highly recommended.

I have now been seeing NP Thayer multiple times since January. I am older and dealing with fallout issues from covid/autoimmune among other things.Been in pain, tired a lot, had intense weight gain, and just behind on my own medical needs thanks to the last 2 years.NP Thayer has the most amazing bedside manners, she is educated, believes in mental well being as well as physical. Encouraging me and is trying to give me all the tools I need to succeed to get my physical and mental health back on track.I know she is not a Dr on paper, but she is better on so many levels than most Drs Ive ever dealt with.
