Staff are very friendly but reaching the neurology department is a massive struggle i called 4 times and they just ignore my calls every time courtny from the front desk was also extremely polite and friendly

Bristol health medical center have really good and friendly staff, this center looks newly renovated with well facilities, I visited Dr. Vijay Joshi Endocrinologists specialist. He was very professional and kind. He explained me very well. I highly recommended him if you have any thyroid related issues. He was best doctor ever I see here in connecticut.

I called and explained that I needed someone in orthopedic, I had hurt my ankle & leg and thought it was broken. The receptionist Josie said she would get “someone” to see me that day. Twenty minutes later she called and an appointment was scheduled for that day 2 hrs after I called. Wow .. I was surprised I was going to be seen that afternoon. Dr. Bellezza was my dr, yes it was broken . Thank you Dr.Bellezza forSeeing me!!
