Derek, the service technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and clearly explained the entire pumping process. “They installed our 5 mini splits last year…the relief we feel over the last year is amazing. Constant temperature comfort! Ac or heat anytime with the push of a remote button. The systems are so adjustable and sooo much better than our baseboards or old “haul ‘em out” window air conditioners. The filters are easy to clean. We just had them serviced today to clean the indoor and outdoor units (we have dogs and cats and like things super tidy). They are the best people you can ever deal with. I’m so glad we saw their work truck at Cumberland Farms in Coventry that day and got their card!“
