They were recommended by William Pitt - Sotheby's. Ben was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable! Took the time to listen to our questions as sellers and the Realtor from the buyer's side was able to have her questions answered too. Ben was able to be sensitive to pricing and options. Also learned about water conditioning systems and how they affect the septic system and how to deal with that issue. Very happy and would highly recommend them!
