“Fox Heating & Cooling is the best. I’ve been a client of theirs for the past 14+ years. Had a furnace issue in March of this year, they responded immediately and corrected the issue quickly. Just had another issue in May, similar circumstances. They again responded immediately. Corrected the problem at no charge when they realized it may have been an issue that wasn’t addressed on the previous service call. They very easily could have just stated that it was an additional issue and charged me for the service call, but no, they treated me like a loyal customer with amazing loyal service. You don’t see this type of customer service anymore. Couldn’t recommend this company more. Every interaction has been professional, honest and respectful. Thank You.“
